Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Clothes on A Hanger LLC  has an all service final policy. All deposits and final payments are non refundable due to us providing custom alterations and repurposing your old material. If you have any questions please contact us immediately via email at clothesonahangerllc@gmail.com. 

 

Shipping Policy

An online consultation is required to ship your garments. Once you have booked and completed your consultation via over the phone or Facetime, follow the following directions:

  1. Ship garments (pre-dry cleaned) to clothes on a hanger.
  2. Alterations are completed and shipped within 7-10 business days.
  3. Garments are shipped back with tracking.  

Please ensure that when you are booking a consultation online that you choose "Ship Garments". The address to ship your garments will be emailed to you within 24 hours after your consultation has been completed. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to receive your garments. If your shipping address is incorrect we will inform you via email that your shipping was incorrect and give you 24-48 hours to respond with the correct shipping address. In Store Policy

An online consultation is required prior to getting custom alterations in person. Please ensure that when booking your  in person consultation that you choose "In Person". Once your consultation has been booked we will email you our store address.

Cancelation Policy & Late Policy for In Person Consultations Only

Here at Clothes On a Hanger LLC we understand that sometimes emergencies happen- this is why we give everyone a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your in person consultation we will charge you a $25 late fee. If you have to cancel your in person meeting for any reason you have 24 hours prior to contact us via email at clothesonahangerllc@gmail.com to cancel. If you don't show up to your in person meeting without contacting us to cancel you will have to reschedule a whole new consultation.
